Old National Bank’s in-house marketing and creative team was overwhelmed by volume and legacy tools after years of growth — managing about 1,500 projects and nearly 8,000 tasks a year while still relying on early MRM systems and spreadsheets. They needed to modernize workflows, increase automation and collaboration, and rebuild broken processes so a relatively small team could respond faster and focus on higher-value work.
By becoming an early adopter of inMotion ignite and rebuilding roughly 60–70% of their process (business-area workflows, request forms and review routes), ONB leveraged templates, auto-naming, Kanban views and custom notifications to streamline work. In the first year they saw a 37% drop in requests, a 38% drop in projects and a 44% drop in tasks, enabling a shift to higher-quality, more complex work — including a projected jump from 10 to ~50 completed campaigns — and ongoing gains from automation and better reporting.
