The Wallace Foundation, a New York–based nonprofit that produces research and resources to improve learning and the arts, experienced a rapid increase in commissioned reports and related content, making it difficult to manage dozens of in-house and external writers, reviewers and product launches. The editorial team needed a robust way to see the big picture, schedule work and centralize content for review.
