Infogroup, a SaaS developer serving clients from small businesses to Fortune 100 enterprises, needed a faster way for its small UX team to validate many “small questions” across a busy product roadmap. Working under tight resources and competing stakeholder demands, the team needed a lightweight research tool to test layouts, content, icons, and color choices without slowing down larger projects.
Using Lyssna, the team quickly created usability and preference tests, recruited participants, and shared results in an easy-to-understand format. This helped Infogroup make faster decisions and know when to invest in deeper research methods; in one preference test with 25 participants, Option B was preferred by 84% of users versus 16% for Option A, giving the team confidence to move forward with the redesign.
