How WongDoody optimize their designs to improve accessibility with Lyssna

WONGDOODY (fka Carter Digital) is a user experience and innovation agency that used Lyssna to support a major digital transformation project for the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV). Their challenge was to redesign the site so information was easier to find, communication improved, and the experience could scale for new and existing audiences.

Using Lyssna’s remote usability testing tools, including first click tests and iterative re-testing, WONGDOODY evaluated design variations and refined the digital assets based on user behavior rather than opinion. The result was a redesign that improved the success rate of finding key emergency roadside assistance information and reduced the average time to find it from 19.6 seconds to 4.9 seconds, a 75% improvement.
