To reimagine benefits and increase access to care, NetApp partnered with Lyra Health and implemented Lyra’s tech-enabled behavioral health solution.

Lyra Health delivered a digital care platform and curated network of evidence-based therapists and coaches, offering in-person and virtual options, care navigation, and 24/7 support. In the year after launch more than 650 NetApp members registered, the median time to first session was seven days (12% within 24 hours), and 79% of members in care saw reliable clinical improvement or recovery—demonstrating measurable gains in access and outcomes for NetApp.
