NetApp, a leading data management and storage provider with more than 10,000 employees, faced rising behavioral health costs and low utilization of existing mental health options—its EAP and health plan weren’t meeting employees’ needs. To reimagine benefits and increase access to care, NetApp partnered with Lyra Health and implemented Lyra’s tech-enabled behavioral health solution.

Lyra Health delivered a digital care platform and curated network of evidence-based therapists and coaches, offering in-person and virtual options, care navigation, and 24/7 support. In the year after launch more than 650 NetApp members registered, the median time to first session was seven days (12% within 24 hours), and 79% of members in care saw reliable clinical improvement or recovery—demonstrating measurable gains in access and outcomes for NetApp.
