Lyra Health implemented an online matching and care platform, vetted nationwide providers who use evidence-based therapies, and tracked outcomes with validated measures, launching the program in about 12 weeks. The result: 82% of Amgen patients in short-term therapy reliably improved or recovered, Lyra users were 40% less likely to leave their jobs, and 98% were instantly matched with verified-available providers—demonstrating improved access, quality, and measurable workforce impact.
