RWJBarnabas Health, a large New Jersey healthcare network formed by the merger of Barnabas Health and Robert Wood Johnson Health System, needed a robust interoperability platform to replace legacy integration engines and support nearly 2,000 interfaces across multiple sites. The organization wanted a solution that was easy to learn and operate, and that could handle a complex migration from eGate/OpenLink/Cloverleaf environments. Lyniate’s Rhapsody On-Premises was selected to meet these requirements.

Lyniate implemented Rhapsody across the enterprise integration department, and RWJBarnabas Health has already deployed it in 11 hospitals. The platform has made interface development and migration smoother and more efficient, helping the health system move forward with new projects, including rewriting more than 80 interfaces and converting another 800. According to the customer, the transition from legacy environments to Rhapsody was very smooth, with streamlined interface development and improved efficiency.
