Visma, a major software company with 1.5 million customers, wanted to reduce customer churn and increase sales by identifying at-risk customers and potential buyers. The marketing team needed to move from a reactive to a proactive strategy by predicting customer behavior. They partnered with vendor Luxid to develop accurate prediction models for these complex marketing challenges.

Luxid implemented a machine learning solution that analyzed 168,000 data points to create highly accurate prediction models. The results were an 84.6% accuracy for churn prediction and an 84.1% accuracy for sales prediction. This empowered Visma to identify 722 customer businesses at risk of churn and 602 new leads, providing new insights that will help them increase purchases and reduce customer loss for years to come.
