F-Secure, a trusted online security company, needed a better way to nurture and score leads. Their challenge was that asking for company information directly on forms was unreliable, especially early in the buyer's journey. They partnered with the vendor Luxid to develop a more effective, data-driven lead scoring and automation system.
Luxid implemented a solution that integrated an external data service to auto-fill company details on contact forms, creating enriched leads. They set up automated lead scoring models and reporting, which generated weekly lists of telemarketing-ready leads. The results for F-Secure were significant: 60% of form fills now contain enriched data, and the system identified 223 high-quality leads ready for outreach from a pool of 3,000 funnel leads.
