Sparkles.io, a leading Dutch eCommerce and DTC retail brand, used Lunio to help maximize the efficiency of its paid search campaigns as ad spend scaled rapidly. The team’s challenge was to keep CPA and ROAS targets on track while reducing waste from bots, invalid traffic, and other low-quality clicks across Google Ads and other paid channels.
Lunio was implemented on Sparkles.io’s Google Search campaigns in January 2022, then expanded across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube after early results proved the value. Lunio detected 66k invalid clicks in the first three months, saving €106k, and Sparkles.io went on to save up to €382k on Google Ads in 2022 and €548k in 2023, achieving a 30x ROI on its Lunio subscription.
