Omni Energy launches a new customer portal in 10 weeks with Lundegaard

Omni Energy, a UK-based energy provider, faced the challenge of entering a new market and needed to replatform its website and customer portal. To achieve this, they partnered with the vendor Lundegaard for a front-end rewrite and the creation of a new Smart Journey concept.

Lundegaard delivered a headless solution using React.js, Gatsby, and Squidex CMS, which made the portal cleaner, faster, and fully responsive. This improved functionality allowed Omni Energy to acquire more customers than anticipated, unblock their customer service line, and achieve savings on customer support. The new Smart Journey also enabled them to successfully reach a new segment of smart meter customers.
