To reinforce safety training, they partnered with Luminous Group Ltd to create a gamified VR experience using hand tracking technology to highlight the consequences of unsafe practices.

Luminous Group Ltd developed a highly realistic VR solution by 3D laser scanning the customer's actual factory. They used a Leap Motion sensor with an HTC Vive headset to enable precise hand tracking, allowing users to interact with virtual objects naturally without controllers. The solution is being deployed across Morgan Advanced Materials' UK factories to reduce injuries, with plans to expand the system to include more machines and scenarios.
