BAHR, a tier-one Norwegian law firm handling multi-jurisdictional, multi-lingual M&A work, struggled with slow, manual document review. To increase rigour and efficiency they deployed Luminance’s AI-driven platform for M&A due diligence.

Luminance was synced with BAHR’s secure data environment so lawyers could begin live review during upload; its pattern-recognition and conceptual-language understanding clustered similar contracts across languages (including Norwegian) and tracked clause instances across the data room. BAHR reported 33% time savings on document review in the first two weeks and, with continued use of Luminance’s LITE technology and Luminance Discovery for investigations, has achieved time-savings of up to 90% on more recent projects.
