Unipartners strengthens board collaboration and wins more consultancy engagements with Lumina Learning in a two-day programme

UniPartners, a non-profit academic consultancy run by students across ten Dutch universities, faced the dual challenge of improving collaboration amongst its internal boards and empowering its student consultants to build rapport and win more client engagements. To address this, they partnered with vendor Lumina Learning and utilized the Lumina Spark personality assessment.

Lumina Learning implemented a two-day development program using Lumina Spark to increase self-awareness and teach consultants how to 'speed read' clients. The solution successfully fostered stronger collaboration within the boards and provided consultants with the skills to connect more effectively with clients, leading to a reported increase in consulting engagements won over the following year.
