Inemmo provides professional management and leadership development learning solutions and executive coaching that improves leadership performance

Inemmo, a professional management and leadership development provider, wanted to support young people in inner London who faced inequality, discrimination, poverty, crime, and limited role models. Working with Lumina Learning, they built a “levelling up” coaching programme to help participants develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, and career confidence.

Lumina Learning supported the programme with evidence-based coaching tools including CBT-inspired methods, the Sedona Method, and the Lumina Spark Big Five personality model. Over three years, 24 young people were coached and mentored at no cost, with all reporting positive impact and 16 reporting a significant positive impact on their personal and career goals. Feedback was overwhelmingly strong, with 23 of 24 rating the programme excellent, and participants reported gains such as reduced impostor syndrome, greater belonging, stronger self-belief, and progress into jobs, university, and even launching a technology business.
