Inemmo helps 24 young people build confidence and resilience with Lumina Learning

Inemmo, a provider of leadership development and executive coaching, sought to help young people from underserved communities in London overcome significant social barriers including inequality, discrimination, and poverty. Their challenge was to build these individuals' confidence, resilience, and career readiness. To address this, they partnered with vendor Lumina Learning and utilized their Lumina Spark personality assessment as a key part of their solution.

Lumina Learning's tools, including Lumina Spark, were integrated into a highly personalized coaching and mentoring programme delivered by Inemmo. The solution combined these business psychology techniques with cognitive behavioural and reflective methods. The results were highly positive, with all 24 participants reporting progress toward their personal and career goals; 16 reported a significant positive impact. Measurable success included improved self-awareness and stronger confidence, and the programme was recognized with an ABP Award for excellence in social impact.
