Avoskin - Customer Case Study

Lumina Learning worked with World Food Programme Kenya, the UN food-assistance branch’s country office, as it sought to build a more respectful, inclusive workplace and respond to staff survey concerns about culture, engagement, and leadership. The challenge was to move beyond policy into real behaviour change, helping staff understand how their actions affect others and how to create a healthier team environment.

Lumina Learning, through Lantern Training, implemented Lumina Spark alongside Lumina Team and Lumina Leader in workshops, coaching, and follow-up support for more than 350 staff across 13 workshops and multiple field offices. The programme prompted deep discussions about diversity, communication, and accountability, and WFP Kenya reported improved global staff survey scores in line manager effectiveness (54% to 61%), communication (50% to 63%), teamwork and belonging (62% to 69%), and diversity and inclusion (61% to 64%).
