Woolcott, a research and engagement agency, asked Lumi to help it generate feedback from the customers of a water services company during a customer engagement forum. The consultation needed to balance the company’s investment in infrastructure, operations and maintenance with keeping price increases to a minimum, while involving the local community in its future plans.
Lumi provided Connector keypads for three forum phases in 2018, allowing participants to respond instantly to questions during presentations, discussions and voting sessions. The format gave 50–80 people clear visibility into survey results through graphs and percentages, and helped Woolcott run three to six half-day sessions where participants could quickly see the outcomes and discuss them in depth.
