Ugmonk, a lifestyle brand, needed packaging that matched its rebrand and growing order volume. Before the redesign, it shipped in blank boxes, poly mailers, and rigid mailers, using custom tape and stamping to add branding, which became harder to justify as time spent on packaging grew.
Ugmonk worked with Lumi to build a full suite of custom packaging, including poly mailers, gummed tape, rigid mailers, cotton bags, and boxes, all ordered through Lumi’s Dashboard. The result kept average packaging costs at $0.65 per package, or about $3,250 annually across more than 5,000 orders per year, while reducing the time spent searching for vendors and managing packaging suppliers.
