West Coast Casualty Engages Attendees at Annual Seminar

West Coast Casualty Service Inc. hosts its annual Construction Defect Seminar, a multi-day conference for professionals in the construction defect claims and litigation industry. Four years after first approaching Lumi for support, the company wanted its 2013 event to be its most engaging yet and aimed to create more interaction opportunities for attendees and presenters.

Lumi extended its technology to all 88 presenters across the general sessions and 21 breakout sessions, with tools including polling, demographics and cross-tabulations, messaging, microphones for Q&A, mock debates, pre- and post-session comparisons, and session evaluations. Lumi also provided pre-event web-based training and an on-site green room for technician support. The setup helped presenters collect survey responses and feedback in real time and after the event, while keeping attendees engaged throughout the seminar.
