Six Degrees Medical Consulting worked with Lumi to support a medical sales training meeting for a premier pharmaceutical client that was bringing together more than 3,000 sales reps. The event had to be fast, reliable, secure, able to measure attendee learning, and function across three hotels spread more than 1.5 miles apart.

Lumi connected the three hotels with internet run through a VPN connection and mapped 78 breakout rooms to specific base stations so the IML Connectors could operate across all locations. Six Degrees Medical used pre-tests, post-tests, PIN numbers, polling, and messaging to track responses and measure learning, and the event ran smoothly with results from all three hotels displayed instantly on-screen in each room.
