Lumi built an end-to-end solution that included the event website, branded emails, RSVP and session selection tools, onsite check-in and badge printing, and app support. The system handled walk-ins, allowed attendees to reprint badges, and kept registration moving even during loadshedding, with check-in taking as little as five seconds and badge registration and printing taking just 10 seconds. Lumi also provided reports on attendance by day and session, and the client said the registration process was seamless.
