Imec implemented Lumesse Talent Management, integrated with SAP and customised for its matrix governance, to centralise objectives and enforce structured workflows. The solution eliminated paper forms, improved alignment of individual, team and company goals, and gave HR full progress visibility—cutting objective‑setting time by 50% (from 2–3 months to 4–6 weeks) and streamlining multi‑manager performance evaluations; the company is now extending the system to compensation and learning.
