Kruger implemented Lumesse’s web-based Talent Management suite—including Career & Succession Planning, Performance Management and Learning—to give managers and employees self-service access, integrated reporting and SAP compatibility. The system now supports over 500 salaried staff and 20 HR users, speeds HR responses, improves interim reviews and objective alignment, helps reward and retain top talent, and the company reports stronger workforce performance and improved financial results.
