Bentley implemented Lumesse Talent Acquisition and launched bentleycareers.com, a web-based portal that lets candidates apply, track applications and book interviews while giving line managers 24/7 access to a secure Candidate Zone. The new system streamlines workflows, reduces admin, improves global reach and candidate experience, and is expected to cut hiring costs by around 40% while significantly decreasing time to hire.
