SYNQ3 Restaurant Solutions is a Colorado Springs-based technology-enabled services company that provides virtual contact center, ordering, and fulfillment solutions for the restaurant industry. As COVID-19 drove a surge in demand and exposed the limits of a patchwork of regional carriers, SYNQ3 needed to quickly scale operations, consolidate to one national network, and support voice, video, analytics, and AI-driven services.

Lumen implemented an MPLS/IP VPN Network and Dedicated Internet Access, along with Lumen Contact Center Services for voice, routing, and analytics. Lumen also built custom call-sharing capabilities to expand capacity, helping SYNQ3 handle 2x to 3x call volume and process hundreds of thousands of additional orders while adding new services to reduce wait times and support social distancing needs.
