Ricoh Singapore, the Singapore arm of the global workplace technology provider, needed to modernize ageing on-premise infrastructure that was causing recurring downtime, higher costs, and heavy IT maintenance overhead. To support business growth, remote work, and a cloud-first strategy, Ricoh Singapore turned to Lumen for cloud consulting, cloud migration, managed cloud services, and Lumen Cloud Application Manager.

Lumen designed and executed a low-risk migration to AWS Cloud, using a proof of concept and Cloud Application Manager to move production workloads with no business disruption. The new cloud environment improved operational efficiency, agility, resiliency, and business continuity, while also providing on-demand multi-cloud management, consolidated billing, and an efficient migration completed ahead of schedule.
