Net Protections, Inc., a leading fintech and BNPL provider in Japan, needed a secure, highly available 24x7x365 payment infrastructure to support rapidly growing transaction volumes while also freeing its internal team to focus on application development. To meet these demands, the company worked with Lumen and used Lumen Managed Private Cloud, Lumen Advanced Managed Services, Lumen AWS Cloud Connect, and Lumen Internet Services.

Lumen implemented a mission-critical private cloud environment with strong redundancy, managed operations, and support for complex migrations and PCI DSS compliance. As a result, Net Protections significantly reduced the burden of day-to-day IT operations, improved its ability to respond quickly to business and infrastructure changes, and successfully supported more than 66 million transactions per year and over 430 billion yen in annual transaction volume.
