AxSys Technology Ltd. (Excelicare), a health software provider serving the UK and North America, needed a more reliable and secure cloud environment to support sensitive healthcare workloads and meet NHS security and compliance requirements. Lumen implemented Microsoft Azure services for AxSys, including Azure ExpressRoute connectivity, managed services, and an Azure Landing Zone, while also supporting integration with the secure HSCN network and providing round-the-clock support. The result was a more reliable, scalable, and secure environment that let AxSys migrate clients more smoothly, respond faster to demand, and produce compliance reports showing NHS security requirements were met. AxSys also reported rapid issue resolution from Lumen and a direct link to Microsoft, helping improve support and troubleshooting.
