Red Energy, an Australian energy retailer within the Snowy Hydro group, needed a way to bring together three separate brands that each had their own outdated intranet. Employees could not all access the different systems, and communications were duplicated across platforms, making it hard to deliver one consistent message or build a shared culture. Red Energy turned to LumApps, using its intranet and connected employee hub capabilities to address the challenge.

LumApps implemented a new social intranet platform that gave Red Energy a central “campfire” home base, integrated with G Suite, where employees could access business apps, follow relevant interests, and engage in open communities.
