Imerys, the global minerals specialist with 16,300 employees across 250 sites, needed to replace a static, top-down intranet as part of a broader digital transformation and migration to G Suite. The company sought a single, collaborative digital workplace to centralize information, support change management and encourage both top‑down and bottom‑up communication. To meet those needs Imerys partnered with LumApps to build OneImerys, a modern intranet and digital workplace.

LumApps delivered OneImerys in under six months, fully integrated with G Suite (and feeding personalization from Workday/Google Groups), adding targeted newsfeeds, communities, social features and mobile access. The platform now serves 10,000 connected employees with 95% active users, an average 7‑minute session, 850 pieces of new content, 1,800 posts, 6,700 reactions and 100 communities; CEO videos have 7,600 views and leaders receive direct employee feedback. LumApps’ solution increased readership and engagement, supported multiple CEO transitions, and earned OneImerys an Intra.NET award.
