Oberalp Group creates a single access point together with LumApps

Oberalp Group, a family-run mountain-sports company with 800+ employees and 236 monobrand stores, needed a single access point to combine information, clean up documentation and give office, shop and warehouse staff (including teams in Asia) a unified workplace hub that would also foster interaction. To meet these challenges the company turned to LumApps and its intranet platform.

LumApps delivered the new intranet, branded “Oberalp Campfire,” organizing SharePoint documents and enabling news and community posts to amplify employee voices (implementation led by partner Huware). The LumApps platform produced measurable results — 100% active users and a 5‑minute average session — while making information easier to find, increasing positive interactions and boosting employee involvement.
