Cogeco, a Canadian telecommunications and media company with 4,500 employees, needed a modern, social intranet that was customizable, bilingual, easy to use, and integrated with Google Workspace to replace email‑centric communications. Cogeco selected LumApps and went live with its new intranet, "Zoe," in Spring 2019 to provide a single space for news, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement.

Using LumApps (including its Newsletter module and employee directory), Cogeco built Zoe to deliver targeted newsletters, searchable people directories, health & safety resources, product launch pages, and diversity communities. The LumApps solution simplified access to tools, increased employee voice and engagement, and produced measurable results: +38 ENPS points and 88% employee satisfaction, with notably high engagement during campaigns like Mental Health Awareness Week.
