Instructure creates a personalized revenue enablement experience for a global SaaS workforce

Instructure, a global SaaS leader in education best known for Canvas LMS, needed to replace a limited Google Sites intranet and centralize scattered, non‑localized revenue enablement content so regional sales, marketing and product teams could quickly find country‑specific information. In April 2022 Instructure engaged LumApps to deliver a modern, unified platform — deploying a company‑wide intranet (PandaNet 2.0) and a dedicated revenue enablement center (Instructure 360) to provide personalization, localization and improved employee collaboration.

LumApps implemented metadata‑driven personalization, flexible widgets and integrations with Google Workspace and Slack to create a single source of truth; Instructure launched with 1,000+ employees, ~9,200 page views per week and 600+ revenue enablement resource pages. Early results reported by Instructure include improved findability and user experience, increased views, session time, content posts and interactions, stronger data governance versus Google Sites, and faster onboarding after acquisitions — with LumApps’ capabilities continuing to mature since the launch.
