inIDEX a Mobile Digital Workplace Supporting Employees from Day One

Idex Group, a French environmental and energy services provider, needed to overhaul its internal communication to build a stronger sense of belonging, improve attractiveness and recruitment, and streamline onboarding and training for both office and frontline staff. To unify communications and make key business and safety information accessible everywhere, Idex Group partnered with LumApps in 2018 to create a mobile-first digital workplace called inIDEX.

LumApps delivered the inIDEX platform with mobile access, dedicated safety pages and communities, an onboarding track, an HR hub, and an internal mobility page to serve as the group’s collaboration hub and face. The solution now connects 4,900+ employees (including 2,700+ frontline workers), achieves 88% active users, and helped onboard 500+ employees in six months; since 2019 it supported 220+ internal moves, generated 1,067 community posts and 13,607 reactions in one year, and contributed to a 23% decrease in incidents.
