Implementing a Digital Workplace that brings together 150 mini-enterprises

Acorus, a French construction and renovation group made up of 150 autonomous mini‑enterprises and more than 1,400 employees (including 800 mobile field technicians), needed a simple, mobile‑first digital workplace to connect decentralized teams, share know‑how and reinforce company values. Acorus chose LumApps (deployed with integration partner Wedocom and integrated with Google Workspace) to provide an open, collaborative intranet that everyone could use from smartphones and desktops.

LumApps implemented a customized platform with a mobile app, searchable directory, community spaces and QR‑based onboarding, enabling quick sharing of field photos, updates and feedback. The LumApps solution drove strong engagement: 93.2% active users, 3 minutes average session length, 33.8% mobile usage, 88.8% activity in the “Vivre Ensemble” community and 65% of users onboarded—improving communication, collaboration and visibility across Acorus’ mini‑enterprises.
