How 1000 Stores Became One

ETAM Group, a European retail leader with 1,400+ stores across 54 countries, needed a better way to share knowledge and manage information across many dispersed locations. To support internal communications and digital transformation, the company turned to LumApps and Office 365 to centralize retail operations and improve the employee experience in stores.

LumApps helped ETAM Group launch an on-brand intranet experience called INTRA Mag, using Office 365 tools such as Teams, Yammer, SharePoint, Outlook, Planner, Graph Notifications, and Azure Active Directory. Installed on in-store iPads, the platform gave employees real-time access to news, updates, business goals, and training content, helping ETAM connect store teams with HQ; the solution was implemented in just 6 months.
