To solve this, Global Payments implemented LumApps and launched its MyGPN intranet.

Using LumApps, Global Payments rolled out MyGPN with multimedia content, a dedicated COVID-19 resource section, and a launch tied to open enrollment to drive usage; the platform’s ease-of-use empowered a non-technical intranet lead to craft and scale communications. The outcome: MyGPN became essential across the organization (new hires request access on day one), Shelonda earned a Circle of Excellence award, and site traffic rose by over 55× versus the previous intranet, markedly improving adoption, engagement, and global knowledge sharing.
