ÏDKIDS, a global children's retail group with 6,000 employees and 1,300+ stores across 63 countries, needed a more flexible, user‑friendly intranet as it moved to Google Workspace. LumApps (with partner Inaubi) delivered a connected intranet tightly integrated with Google Workspace, Active Directory and Google Drive, adding targeted campaigns, multilingual translation widgets, open communities and a personalized knowledge base. The LumApps platform drove measurable impact: 88.21% adoption, 2,700+ active users, 5,460+ interactions, 5m20s average session time, ~1.8M pageviews and 300+ published posts within the first half of 2023.
