Case Study: VILAVI creates a unified employee community and boosts engagement with LumApps

Creating a true community for all Vilavi Group brands

VILAVI, an insurance and credit broker with 1,500 employees serving over 500,000 customers, needed to replace a fragmented internal platform and time-consuming content processes with a centralized, flexible solution for onboarding, collaboration and employee engagement. The Group selected LumApps as a specialized internal-communications platform—fully integrated with Office 365—to simplify publishing, improve visibility into content performance, and create authentic communities across its eight brands.

LumApps delivered a customizable, scalable intranet with templates and contributor roles, communities, an integrated employee directory, job-posting capabilities and personalized profiles via Active Directory; the rollout was supported by partner Wedocom. The platform drove measurable engagement: 18 active communities, 1,550 active users and 80,051 content views in January 2023, 22 regular contributors, session times up to 15 minutes and over 123,000 homepage visits—helping VILAVI centralize information, increase autonomy and strengthen employee connections.
