Creating a first point of entrance for all employees

Bruxelles Formation, the public French‑language professional training service in Brussels with 630 employees across 11 locations, needed to improve communication of strategic vision, monitoring indicators and connection with staff while simplifying a complex content management system amid adoption of new Microsoft tools. To address these challenges they selected LumApps to rebuild their intranet as Magellan, keeping the name but creating a clear, refreshed brand and visual identity.

LumApps implemented a personalized, targeted intranet—Magellan—with improved analytics, audience targeting and a modern design that became the employees’ primary entry point. Since the June 2022 launch, engagement rose sharply: the site reports 83.2% active users, with top posts such as “The staff party Photos” reaching 438 visitors and 1,057 views and “20th edition of Interns day” reaching 258 visitors and 618 views, demonstrating stronger reach, interaction and satisfaction driven by LumApps.
