Stacks Law Firm, a network of independent law firms with over 250 employees across 21 offices, needed a simpler, more flexible digital workplace to connect lawyers and support knowledge sharing. With Microsoft 365 at the core of their stack and an unwieldy Jive intranet that users found confusing, Stacks selected the LumApps platform for its seamless Microsoft/Azure AD integration, easy-to-use content creation, and ability to migrate five years of Jive data.

LumApps implemented a customizable intranet with Communities, Knowledge Hubs and Single Sign‑On, plus a trial sandbox for testing and configuration input from local customers.
