CityMD, the leading urgent care provider in the New York Metro Area, needed a centralized intranet to streamline communications and integrate deeply with Google tools across nearly 90 locations. To solve this, they partnered with LumApps to build a G Suite–integrated intranet that would serve as a one-stop information hub for 2,200 team members.

LumApps implemented the intranet in under six months, leveraging full integration with G Suite for user management, content visibility, and document management. The new LumApps intranet centralized information, drastically reduced broadcast emails and employee confusion, and helped CityMD place 2nd out of 100+ entries at the Intra.NET Reloaded 2018 awards.
