Cabify Adapting to Change through Accelerated Digital Transformation

Cabify, part of the Maxi Mobility holding company, faced a rapidly growing, highly decentralized workforce—about 1,000 employees across 85+ cities—and needed to unify corporate and business information into a single, engaging intranet. They chose LumApps (with implementation support from Intelligence Partner) to deliver an employee experience platform, launching the centrally branded intranet "Explora" to give global and local teams one place for communications, resources and benefits.

LumApps built Explora with personalized pages, a news portal, communities, an HR portal, a learning "Campus," and native integrations with Google Workspace and Greenhouse (including automated internal job posts). The platform is governed by global Internal Comms and IT with local People-team contributors; today Explora supports Cabify’s 1,000 employees across 85+ cities, has a network of 40+ contributors, and has driven higher employee participation, streamlined HR workflows and improved productivity and internal collaboration for the business.
