Servier, an independent international pharmaceutical company with 22,500 employees, struggled with fragmented internal communications after running two platforms (WIP’S on SharePoint and WIP’S IN on Jive). Maintaining the SharePoint intranet was difficult for the communications team, employees were confused by overlapping tools, content was duplicated, and Jive’s development/support declined after its acquisition—so in 2019 Servier chose LumApps for its Jive migration expertise and full Microsoft 365 integration.

LumApps implemented a single, Microsoft 365–integrated digital workplace available in seven languages, completed the Jive-to-LumApps migration in two months, and provided personalized content via Azure AD groups and an intuitive CMS. The LumApps solution drove rapid adoption—18,119 active users, 221 communities, about 116 new content pieces and 302 community posts per month—while streamlining access to 100+ business applications and improving manager and employee collaboration.
