Preview of the Galeries Lafayette Group Case Study

A multi-device Digital Workplace that connects employees across brands

Galeries Lafayette Group, a leader in omni-channel fashion retail with 290 stores and over 14,000 employees, faced an outdated homegrown intranet that was desktop-only, lacked social features, personalization and security, and left its 75% deskless store workforce disconnected. To modernize employee communications and align with its customer‑centric operations, Galeries Lafayette Group partnered with LumApps to create a new digital workplace called 360 Galeries.

Using LumApps, Galeries Lafayette Group launched a mobile‑responsive central hub that personalizes content, aggregates business apps and documents, and surfaces store KPIs and NPS for frontline teams. The solution united employees across brands and devices, enabled a digital magazine and editorial communities, and drove measurable engagement — about 7,800 active users per month, roughly 10 content posts per week, and mobile adoption rising from 3% at launch to 12% by end of 2020.
