A Human-Centric and Innovative Digital Workplace Designed to Foster Collaboration

Gecina, a leading real estate investment company focused on innovative and sustainable living spaces, needed to replace an outdated intranet with a dynamic, mobile-first hub to centralize communications, drive a coherent editorial strategy, and boost employee engagement across headquarters and field teams. To meet these goals they selected LumApps and rolled out a digital workplace—Agora—fully integrated with Office 365 and accessible on desktop and mobile.

LumApps implemented a magazine-style platform with an editorial calendar, employee profiles, communities, and mobile shortcuts, launched as Agora in March 2020. The solution delivered measurable engagement: ~410 active users/month (from 513 users), 5+ articles/week averaging 35 likes each, 3m30 average session time, and 100% of users having logged in at least once; LumApps continues to support Gecina with planned integrations (Workday, media library) and an Employee Advocacy program.
