ShapeShift, one of the earliest US-based crypto exchanges, faced its first financial audit after several years of operation and engaged Lukka to help prepare. The firm needed multi-year financial statements reconciled across its trading/borrowing/staking/validating activities and the trading activity of millions of users totalling hundreds of millions of individual transactions.

Lukka’s Customer Success Team, leveraging Lukka Enterprise Software, cleaned and reconciled millions of transactions, produced the various audit reports required across ShapeShift’s jurisdictions, and guided the company through preparation of its financial statements. Lukka’s work enabled ShapeShift to successfully complete and pass its first financial audit and will continue to support the firm as it transitions toward a DAO and closes its 2021 financials.
