Mountfield, the largest seller of gardening supplies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, wanted to improve online sales as its business grew. The company, which operates 77 brick-and-mortar stores, found that its existing site search had key flaws: it could not handle typos well and autocomplete was not fast enough. To diagnose the problem, Mountfield used Luigi’s Box Analytics.

Based on the analytics insights, Mountfield implemented Luigi’s Box Autocomplete. The new solution delivered more relevant results and improved performance: autocomplete conversions increased by 33%, while the autocomplete conversion rate rose from 5.2% to 8.7%, a 67.3% increase.
