Nay, Slovakia’s leading electronics retailer, needed a better way to handle on-site search and product discovery across its growing e-commerce business. Working with Luigi’s Box, Nay used Analytics to identify search issues and then adopted Luigi’s Box Search, Autocomplete, and Recommender to improve how customers and employees found products, check availability, and navigate inventory.

Luigi’s Box configured search to surface sold-out items instead of irrelevant alternatives, helped Nay scale search during traffic spikes, and added relevant product recommendations. As a result, Nay’s search usage rose to 31%, direct conversions increased by 3.9%, assisted conversions by 7.5%, and overall conversion rate jumped by 600%. Luigi’s Box Recommender also contributed a 3.3% conversion rate increase.
